Freedom has declared for the 2027 WNBA draft to force the league to define its own rule: the CBA says "only players who are women" are eligible — and never says what a woman is. G League players told him the quiet part out loud: identify as a woman and the salary jumps from $45,000 to $1.4 million. "This is not a right or left issue," Freedom said. "I'm only here to defend women."

New Jersey's Matthew Platkin went furthest — subpoenaing a pregnancy center for the names, addresses, and employers of every donor, a move the Supreme Court unanimously shut down this April as a First Amendment violation. Their own complaint tells the story: pregnancy centers outnumber abortion clinics 3-to-1.
