A California judge tossed the lawsuit against the state's policy letting biological men compete in girls' and women's sports. The ruling comes as APP has helped 27 states ban the practice, with over 890 medals stolen from female athletes.
APP was first in the fight — starting with 2015 research showing massive voter backlash to gender ideology, then helping pass bans on sex-change procedures for minors in 26 states.
