HAGEMAN BILL HITS COLLEGES WITH 10% EXCISE TAX FOR LETTING MEN STEAL WOMEN'S SPORTS...

Rep. Harriet Hageman (R-WY) introduced legislation that slaps private colleges allowing biological males to compete in women's sports with a 10% excise tax on their entire intercollegiate athletics budget. The Secretary of Education would write rules blocking schools from passing costs to tuition. APP has partnered with 27 states on similar bans — stopping 890+ stolen medals from female athletes. 79% of Americans back these protections. Hageman: "Every man who takes the field against a woman is stealing a roster spot, scholarship, and potential championship from a young woman who earned it."
