Nick Shirley strikes again. The allegedly fraudulent NYC adult daycare he exposed — mostly vacant, barren — just got caught donating to Gov. Kathy Hochul, per the New York Post. Same year it billed Medicaid $5.8 million; Shirley says Livingwell pulled $8.6 million in 2025. When he showed up with a camera, staff literally ran away. "Can you answer these questions?"
