Terry Schilling: the NCAA has shown us time after time — without clear laws, it sides with radical transgender ideology over female athletes. That’s why APP is urging Congress to amend the Protect College Sports Act. Ambiguous language cannot be allowed to undermine the laws in 27 states or the Trump administration’s work protecting women’s sports. Sens. Hawley, Banks, and Tuberville just introduced the fix. APP fought with Riley Gaines, Paula Scanlan, and hundreds of state Republicans to pass those bans. Men don’t belong in girls’ sports, scholarships, or locker rooms. Sex is real. Fix the bill.
